I wanted to try something different today so when I went to the farmer's market they had that "laughing cow" cheese. It comes in a couple of flavors and its light so I got the garlic and herb flavored laughing cow cheese and some water crackers. I think there are eight wedges in a package and I spread one onto three crackers and it was so good. I made stir fry too but now I'd just rather eat cheese.

Ohh we can get that in the UK as well, it is aimed at our kids though so have never thought about trying it.
I love cheese as well
It's good. Next time I go to the store i'm going to get the french onion-flavored cheese.

I've seen the commercials and the lady on them sure looks happy . I'll have to give it a try. Having the cheese already portioned out helps.
Its very yummy. Its also expensive but well worth it. I bought some more yesterday.

I love lc cheese!! I found it a couple years ago when I read about the south beach diet and it was reccommended. I don't follow the diet so much anymore but continue to buy the cheese. It's great on anything you would use cream cheese for, fantastic in an omelet. Try a whole tomato cored out and place a wedge or two in it and broil for about 5 min. A great lunch and yummy!
Well, then I'll buy some for me and tell the children that it's a grown-up food, making a face that subtly shows that while I'm more than willing to share, string cheese is a much safer choice .
