So I am reading this as what option can feed into med errors? 

What are we not doing now, although we did it forever...and the misinterpretation caused many errors.

I went with, "A", which was correct. I was just reading too much inton the question and second guessing myself. Pretty much, the answer summary:

The Joint Commission does not include, "A. Handwritten orders," as an example of medication safety practice.

Good to  know. Although facilities without EHR are still using them.
