MDC Fall 2011 =)

I have been told by an adviser that for the generic program there are 300 applicants, and a second adviser stated 500; however, the adviser that said 300 applications were received had the page of the pool of applicants open on her screen.

I wonder why they have been insisting there is know way for them to know how many people applied when they obviously have access to it??

Well if it's only 300...YAY! I've been freaking out thinking it was around 3000. I'm so excited for next week to get here! :redbeathe

Just got my call too, although the lady I spoke with said end of June or early July, like they always said. Oh well, I'm going to be glued to my e-mail until I get something nonetheless hehe

I think those that received a call are in the program. MDC is not going to call EVERYONE just to tell them to check their email.

A guy called me and when I asked when they were sending those emails out he said they would start going out on monday. So definitely keep checking.

They're probably calling alphabetically so if your last name isn't at the beginning of alphabet it'll take a little longer for them to call you. He said they were calling every single applicant and also said he had no knowledge of who had been accepted or not.

I haven't gotten a call either... What do these people do in that office anyways? Alls I see them do is walk around, eat, and have conversations with each other... Meanwhile... We end up waiting over an hour to seesomeone.

I just got my phone call....my last name begins with a W. I am so nervous, I hope I get in!!!! At least we are only waiting until next week and not next month!

Just call--- they said they are not calling alphabetically, it random and that who ever gets a call doesnt mean they're in. We just have to wait for next week, he said.
