I work it out to get 31.

and the correct answer according to my blackboard is 17. Can someone take the time to work it out and show me what I am doing wrong?

(amount to infuse)
5 gtts/ml
(drop factor of iv tubing)
x 1 hour/60 minutes
(conversion factor)
= 31.25 gtts/minute,
rounded off to
31 gtts/minute
(infusion rate)
