Massasoit nursing program 2014

How many people here applied to the evening program? And does everyone have all of the pre and co requisites done? I have all non nursing classes finished except for micro.

Hi all! Just spoke with admissions today. They said they still have to go thru the personal letters which should be done by beginning of next week.And acceptance, denial, and waiting list letters will start going out by the end of next week. Which brings us right around May7-10! Those living on the south shore bear brockton area should get thiers first! Lucky!! Lol!! I too have been cruising the portal. Another student told me about that in micro class...still says liberal arts transfer science. Waaa!! Gonna keep looking! Sending good luck dust to all here! We could know by the end of next week! Eeek!!

I am so excited as well as extremely nervous....my hubby is also anxiously waiting lol

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! I live in Brockton so I'll be the first to get a big NO! LOL ... Just the thought of having to wait another 3 years for an evening program... Ugh, I'd pretty much have to take all science over again! God help me!! I wish you all the VERY best of luck!!

Hey, I applied to the Day Nursing Program at Massasoit for Fall 2014. Does anyone know how many people applied and how many they are going to accept?

I got an 83% on the TEAS test.

Applied for the day program. I was OK til this week. The wait is now making me CRAZY!!

- It's my 2nd time applying. The first time I didn't have all the sciences complete. Life is in limbo til that letter arrives....

Hi tapeitup! For the first time you applied....what science courses you didn't have complete? Because I don't have a&p 2 completed....now in extremely nervous

I don't have Microbiology or Human Growth & Development completed yet, I'm currently taking them.

I have everything completed (science and non nursing) except Micro. That is why I don't think that I will be accepted.

Not sure how many applied but I heard that they accept 50ish to the day and 30ish to the evening.

Oh wow, so it seems that if you don't have all courses done but the nursing courses then no acceptance?

@Genny, no, not necessarily. It's just that those who took all the prerequisites receive more points on their rubrics therefore they will be ranked higher on "the list" of rankings after each application is reviewed.
