Good morning everyone! I just left my appointment at Massasoit. So thankful I went. I was #8 out of 11 on the wait list. We went over my rubric and realized they missed a class on my transcript. That brought me up to #1. So excited and praying someone gives up an evening spot. :-)

Sorry... I hit send before finishing! There are 13 people on the day wait list and 11 on the evening list. She said if you are in the top 6 of the list, you have a really good shot of getting accepted. They take people off the list up until the first day of classes. In July, they will begin to call people that have been accepted and have not yet signed up for orientation. So if anyone knows they won't be taking a spot, please let them know as soon as you can. It will help them notify the wait listed people so they can make arrangements. I hope this helps. I spoke with ***** in admissions and she was awesome!

I tried looking for you but there are a lot of ppl with your name so I'm not sure which one

I thought the wait for acceptance / denial letters was bad enough ... Wait list is worse I think. Admissions said that in their experience, people that ended up going elsewhere waited until the last minute to notify Massasoit and some didn't even notify at all. I sure hope that doesn't happen this year. I'm not sure I can fight off the anxiety all summer.
