Made a change

I accepted a position as a RN case manager for a company that is hourly and a max of 6 visits a day. And on call every 8 weeks since there are 8 case managers. I know it will be less money but I have been so stressed out seeing 8-10 a day and working 6 days a week for over a month I decided to take it. My boss was very surprised and upset but I have to put my family first for a change. My daughter said that I have been so stressed out that she hopes my new job is not as stressful. So do I.
