lpn training

Can anyone tell me their experience during the schooling of going thru LPN school. I am hearing horror stories on 7-8 hrs of studing per night and the work load being extreme...... I was thrown into the midst of being a single mom and need to pursue my desire to go into the nursing profession (i currently have been in the vet field and it certainly does not pay well)

I start LPN school Tuesday and now i am having a fear of the unknown, especially if the study load is that intense with trying to raise two teenagers single handed.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the wide range of salary is quite confusing? Any information is helpful....

Hi,

I went to school either 4 or 5 days a week depending on the semester and probably studied between 1-2 hours each night. No biggie, imo. Many of us did great and you can also!! Congrats on getting in and good luck.

Thanks for your encouragement. I was beginning to feel overwhelmed by the horror stories of homework I'm hoping I am as successful as you were with the amount of study time involved.

THANKS FOR YOUR POST!!!!!!:bowingpur
