2 job offers and i need some advice in choosing between the 2.
I just moved to this state a month ago successfully transferred my LVN license to my LPN license. I have received two job offers that I'm interested in both. I am having trouble deciding on which one I should choose. Both our clinic Job which I prefer and are the same driving distance.
Job number one. Pays a little less than I'm happy with the hours are a little bit long but is a good stable job with a company that offers tuition reimbursement and is the most well known Medical Corporation in the state. They are on computer charting which I prefer. I would be a floater which i have 5 yrs experience in working these specialties.
Job number 2. Pay is more around what I'm looking for. Has shorter hours. is not on computer charting yet still offers good benefits works in a specialty that I have no experience in. Which is endocrinology which I've never worked that specialty before and im told i have to keep the doctor happy with her clinic. I'm not real sure how I'd get along with the staff the times I've been in there for interview they all seem different from me. Which really probably isn't a good analysis. But thats still a factor for me when i think about it.
Any ideas which to choose.....?......

What about benefits? That would factor into the decision.
Yes. They both have good benifits to offer.
Good is subjective. How is retirement? Is there vesting? Matching? To what percent?

Wait is there any difference between LVN and LPN? Have heard of LPN, but I thought it is another term for LVN.

LVN is an LPN who is licensed in CA or TX. Those two states use LVN the other 48 use LPN
Oh it made sense to me now. Thanks for clarifying this to me. [emoji16][emoji106]ðŸ¼
