Can anyone tell me if there are any online LPN schools/programs and where?
Are there any CNA to LPN programs?
LPN programs in new york or new jersey?

Best to start your own thread, rather than ask question on someone else's thread.
CNA training really does not have much to do with a nursing education, other than the fact that some nursing schools require that basic patient care knowledge prior to starting your actual nursing classes. In terms of what's available on the internet or in your area, you would do best to search online.

I've never heard of any online LPN programs since clinical rotations are a requirement in every state. Definitely not based in NJ.
I know in CA there is the potential "challenge" the LVN (but the license is not endorsable to any other state) with 51 months of acute care experience in specific BoN approved facilities plus specific classroom courses.
Lincoln Tech is definitely not an online program, it is a "for profit" private school. There are numerous public LPN programs that cost less but require classroom & clinical time.

I went to Brooklyn Adult learning center. on bedford and nostrand apply now for next sept, 10 months $2000:heartbeat (also one in Manhattan also)
I didnt realize you wanted an online school. Never really heard of one & the adult learning center is EXTEMELY competitive due to the fact that it's soooo cheap & there's a hug waiting list. But if u can get it, then that's great
I even did an online search, the only "online" LPN programs are "store fronts" that are trying to sell you something that does not exist. I've never heard of a "CNA to LPN" program as the skills and knowledge are so different it doesn't seem logical.
Good luck in your search.
