how long should i wait for my ATT

Published

good day to everyone!!! i am wondering how long should i wait for my ATT? i registered online last April 25, 2007 and up to now (april 30) i havent recieved my ATT yet. i applied at Florida BON and have been made eligible last sept. 2006. does anyone have the same experience?

how come others are able to get their ATT in minutes, a day or two? does anyone had a longer waiting time?

Have you actually verified with Pearson-Vue that they have received the verification from FL BON? This sometimes happens.

And did you request that the ATT be sent by e-mail, have you been handling your account like that with them? If not, it will come by letter.

good day madam!

i havent verified with pearson yet. i relied on the eligibility letter i received last september 06.

i registered online and gave them my email address. i only received the acknowledgement receipt thru email so i guess they'll send my ATT through email also.

thank you madam for your quick reply.

i also have the same problem. i recieve my eligibity from CA BON nov. 7 last year and registered at pearsonvue last feb. 10, and up to now i still haven't recieve my att. i already called both offices but they don't have any clear explanation.

For CA BRN, you need to have them resend the approval to Pearson-Vue. Looks like they never received it. You are speaking of almost three months. That just means that some information did not get to where it needed to get to.

I agree with Suzanne.....

My wife received her eligibility letter from NY BON last Sept. 2006 ( 11 months after submitting her application to CGFNS CVS).....she registered with Pearson Vue 1 month ago but PV agents told her they did not received her eligibility from NY BON yet and that we have to wait for 1-3 months :angryfire

upon hearing this, we called NY BON and requested them to re-submit her eligibility to PV which they did. After 20 minutes or so, we received her ATT via Email....

This also had happened with another poster here. NY was contacted, and the approval resubmitted to Pearson-Vue and she had the ATT in a very short time.

i also got my eligibility letter from NY BON yesterday after waiting for almost a year! I haven't registered with PV yet coz i don't want to have any problems regarding ATT.

do i have to ask PV first if they receive my eligibility before registering with them? i know that i only have 3 months to take the exam and it's hard to get a slot in hk.

thank you!

Go ahead and register with them. If they have received the approval from NY, you will be able to get the ATT and register for a slot.

HK requires you during your homework to get a slot that someone has cancelled. There are already a few threads here giving instructions on what to do to facilitate that. And it can be done.

thank you suzanne! i'm actually reading threads now regarding hk. i just want to clarify something, when will the 3 months be effective? thanxs!

Your ATT will tell you how long that it is good for. Expiration date is included on it. And the time begins when it is issued, not when you receive it.

The ATT once issued only has a short life. And once that date is past, and if you have not tested, then you need to apply again, and also pay again.

Every one that wanted to get a slot in HK has been able to get one. But it will require that you really work at getting it. People are always cancelling for one reason or another.
