Hi everyone! I didn’t see a topic made for the 2022 ABSN application cycle for Linfield so I thought I would make one!

Hi, I'm looking to apply for more ABSN programs and saw your post. Is the application still open? I checked on NursingCas and it was only for Summer and deadline was in december 2021 and I'm wondering if you know this is correct since you just posted this.
Thank you!
Hi- yes! The application is closed but acceptance letters have not been released yet so I was creating a forum for people who are also waiting to hear back from the program.

Yep, me too - waiting to hear back about Summer 2022 ABSN. I'm incredibly anxious.
The wait is killing me! Does anyone know how many they admit? I’m curious how many applied this year. I heard that applicant numbers were really high for last years cycle.

Not sure... I know they're making an effort to keep up with the demand of nurses in some ways. The program was shortened from 15 months to 12. It makes me wonder if they've considered adjusting the size of their cohorts, but I haven't seen anything about it.
Also, what do people's application portals look like? I was assigned a Linfield ID number. It's made me super optimistic, but I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.

I was assigned one too, not quite sure what it means. I am also curious what shortening the program will do! On the Linfield website I found it says they accept 56 students to the ABSN program.

My application portal is pretty blank. It says "Welcome" and my name and ID number. And also the admissions counselor info on the side.

Is this the linfield portal? mine doesn't say submitted but does show the ID number (which also gave me some excitement LOL) but maybe it's a generic thing and everyone has that

So I go through Google “Linfield University application portal” and when I sign in to “check my application” it brings me to that page. However, when I click on it (that application) it brings me to the same page everyone has described haha I think it’s because I had two applications in? We should find out tomorrow right?
