I am taking my NCLEX soon and my initial license will be a TN license since I was going to move from PA. However, life happens and that is no longer the plan and I accepted a job to work in DE.
Does anyone know the process for this?
I was told I could not change my ATT from TN once it was issued and was told I could endorse to DE.
Since I will never live in TN and current reside in PA and worry I won't be able to endorse to DE due to the fact.

By whom? I believe this is, or was previously possible. Although, if you already have your ATT, it might be fastest to continue with initial licensure in TN and the endorse your license to DE.

This shouldn't be a problem.
Best wishes, and congratulations on the new job.

I asked my school about the process and this is what I was told, I should be looked into it more in hindsight. My plan is to continue with initial licensure in TN and hopefully endorse to DE (the site is giving me issues starting my application saying I'm not eligible?).
I appreciate your time and thank you for your kind words and help!

If you're referring to the DE BON, once you are licensed in TN, this should be an easy process.

I’m not saying your school is wrong but it’s definitely possible they are. I went to a pretty reputable program and the degree to which they seemed to lack knowledge and have flat out incorrect information was astounding to me.
I’d call both BONs, TN & DE. I saved a lot of time doing that rather than taking what my school said at face value, cuz they were happy to send me on a wild goose chase it seemed.

This is possibly because you don’t yet have a license to endorse.
