Hello.. I just passed the Illinois NCLEX-RN exam last Tuesday October 21. i just want to ask if how long can i see my license on the BON website. i've tried the Nursys website and still it has 0 results. thank you so much.

Depends on how often the State BoN updates their information. Some States do it a few times a week, some weekly, some monthly.
If you have checked the State website and don't see it, I guess it means they don't have it updated yet. I know it's exciting to see your name, but really, it doesn't matter as long as you have the license number in your letter from the BoN. Or are you saying you found out via Quick Results you passed the exam.....but are unsure if you have been issued a license yet?
i found it via the Quikresults. and also CTS send me a letter which it stated i passed the exam. yeah i know, after sleepless nights and brain busting reviews i'm proud to say that i beat the Nclex monster. hahahha !!
Congrats :)
Passing the exam, and being issued a license, are two different things (although we think of them as being interchangeable, they are not).
Some States are really quite on top of it when it comes to churning out new licenses/numbers, and others take their sweet time. You have passed the NCLEX, and IF there is no reason why your license should be delayed in issuance, you'll have it before TOO long :)

I took my NCLEX-RN on a sat in MN and they had a license # for me by Tuesday. And hard copy in mail to me on Thursday.

I took my nclex RN exam on Wednesday 10/23 and I was able to view my license on the BON on 10/24.
CTS gave me a form to send back to the Illinois BON together with the 50 bucks for the issuance of the license. well i guess i have to wait for it though. :-)
Lucky you, being in a State that updates quickly! :)
MANY others, however, take days, weeks, and even MONTHS to update their websites.
I couldn't swear to it, but I seem to remember someone else asking about Illinois, that it updates S-L-O-W-L-Y.
Must be tough having all these people tell you how fast they got to see their licenses on their States' websites, huh? Sorry for that. People DO mean well.
