Nice article. It reinforces many of the ways of getting through the day that I have learned to practice over the last almost 5 years as a nurse. Especially the ones about slowing down and prioritizing when things get hectic, and treating others the way you would want to be treated, NOT the way they might start out treating you. It usually does turn them around.
