Leik questions

Published

Anybody else preparing for AANP exam found Leik questions in the back of her book relatively easier than other review questions such as APEA and exam edge?

Yes the leik questions lack rigor. For the most part they are memorization questions lacking complex decision making. They are much easier than most sources.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure. Her options for answers are also a bit obvious. In contrast, I found APEA Qbank to be a lot more challenging and indepth.

Agreed. The APEA are better questions. Unfortunately leik makes it very obvious what the answer is. Good for memorization but that's honestly all it is :).

I really like the APEA questions. I agree with the Leik questions lacking rigor. They're almost too easy.

I concur with the consensus here about leik. The questions are great beginner type questions that can help you to start, but they do lack the true rigor that APEA questions have. I am glad I used the leik questions at the beginning though and worked my way up to harder questions.
