LEC vs LAB courses

Is there a big difference in lecture vs lab classes ? I know lab classes are more hands on but all the classes that give lab options are unavailable for this fall and spring so I'm left taking the lecture option. The fact that all the lab classes are taken makes me think lecture classes are way harder.

Many nursing schools require lecture and lab to be taken concurrently.

All of mine were taken concurrently -- micro lecture with micro lab, A&P lecture with A&P lab etc. We didn't have an either-or choice.

Check with your school before taking classes without lab concurrently. My wife took lecture and lab in different semesters and her school didn't accept it so she had to retake both classes again
