People aren't being hateful, you're just expected to do your own work. How will you learn if you have someone doing it all for you?
about me
The situation in which a leader may fail is, when you adapt your own style of leadership and it cannot fit a situation or a specific group
That’s why it's useful to gain a thorough understanding of other leadership styles and methods; after all, the more approaches I'm familiar with, the more I can shape my own approach to the situation.
E.g. dealing with different ages, young and old people

Wasn't being hateful it was a simply question. As I stated I've seen many posts similar to yours. And since I have taken a leadership course your question looks very similar to my past homework assignments. In your original post you did not expand on your thoughts or research that you had already done. The question didn't state your opinion and that you were looking for further clarification or others opinions. It's one thing to ask for clarification with provided research you have done, it's another to just post a question that looks like a homework assignment.
No one is begin hateful. We realie that you are not in the USA. You and your classmates must be in a leadership class right now. Allnurses hosts members from all over the world although it is based in the USA. What Beachy was saying is that when you type using all upper case letters...in the US that is considered "shouting" on the internet and is considered rude.
This web site has rules called the Terms of Service that members need to follow....called the Terms of Service. Look at them so you can better understand how to communicate better.
In the US students are not allowed to use the internet as a part of their research. It is considered cheating. Here at Allnurses we will help but you must tell us what you think first before we will help.
Hi my dear
Occasionally some things go out of control of leaders such as the suitable skill pool in the organization, deadline, and the economic situation. The failure can happen if the employees are unconcerned and negative. but I want to know your way in resolving the difficult situations, so you should concentrate on analyzing the failure and draw the experience from it. The way you used the difficulties to design the policies and trainings. Show your bravery to face with the failure and ready to recover and continue going on.
