Hi everyone! I am just finishing up my second semester at Pierce. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

And I totally agree that making a class Facebook page is the way to go. It's a way for your whole class to contact each other and post information, study guides, etc. I can also join your group and give you the study guides we use in our class!

Best of luck to you all! :-)

Good morning, I was wondering where to get the "Los Angeles City Hospital Fire Safety and American Heart Association (CPR-BCLS) cards." I looked on Google but I want to know where you got your cards.

They will provide the classes for you. You just gotta pay the instructor.

Hello everyone, congratulations to all who have already been accepted:-)

I was just wondering if anyone knew usually how many people on the wait list actually make it in? Thank you

Oh wow good! I was reading on the website, "Once you are accepted" and it said present valid cards. Thank you for the response. I was all worried looking for classes.

I think it depends on how many students accept their spot. They have until June 11. I know a lot of students accepted spots at different schools already, because Pierce took awhile to send out their emails.

Hi vashh, I was wondering if the 1st semester is with professor Bonnie Lemus? I see all the reading material she has on her page and syllabus for Spring semester.

Yes, she teaches Gerontological Nursing and Pharmacology. The nursing classes are all on the pierce class schedule if you wanted to check out who teaches what!

Okay, thank you Nrs4Sunshine! Only one day out of the week is lecture. So clinicals are twice a week? Still waiting for the health packet, but today I got a email stating they received my acceptance form.

Well first semester has four classes, so you'll probably have two on Monday and two on Wednesday. Then clinicals are on Thursday and Friday at your assigned hospital!
