LAPC Fall 2015

Judging by the Fall 2014 applicants, they started getting the word 2 weeks into May. I cannot wait for the first person to get the call!! At least that way the rest of us will know that answers are soon coming lol.

Has anyone inquired about the collaborative bsn program that lavc/pierce/CAC/Glendale are doin with CSUN? A counselor told me that they only accept Spring applicants

Patiently waiting...I know last year lapc started sending out the emails this week and the year before at the end of April.

Wow ClassyBoxer you did your clinicals at all those hospitals. Did you get to chose?

Unfortunately, you don't get to choose. All the hospitals are great though, the nurses are really nice and helpful.

Nothing can really prepare you for nursing school. I recommend just enjoying your freedom. If you're good with organization and time management you will be fine. Also the semesters ahead of you are always willing to help out and we pass a long study guides we made to the incoming students.

Not a thing... I've called but she doesn't pick up anymore probably due to other impatient applicants. There seems to be a trend where the selection process takes longer with each semester. meh

Their email system went down last week and Karla was also out of town. The emails are now back up so hopefully you guys hear soon. I remember calling almost everyday to find out when the acceptance letters would be sent.
