what kind of exercise?

i have a grandmother who just had a stroke ,,,right now her right arm,leg is paralyze,,,is there any kind of exercise with a paralyze side of the body?? coz i notice that she is gaining weight eventhough she doesnt eat that much.....

has she seen a physiotherapist?

Is she receiving any PT/OT services right now? If not, the physician would be the best person to address this concern, since he/she knows far more about the specifics of your grandmother's situation. We do wish her the best though.
