kaplan tree?

I hated that class and was so upset that I wasted my money on it . It did nothing for me.. others have said it worked for them but not for me.

I do not feel I wasted my money on the class, because paying money for it gave me the online quizzes and practice tests and I took every last single question possible in those. I literally had NO unanswered questions left by the time it was time to take state boards.

However, I did not once use the decision tree, either in studying or on state boards. I didn't "get" it, and the more I tried to manipulate the questions with it the more confused I got. So I didn't even use it on state boards, and I passed with 75 questions - BUT I do sincerely believe that their online practice material is the reason I passed state boards. I do believe the class is worth it for that reason.

It jsut confused me for some reason. Are you planning to take your exam anytime soon? you dont happen to live out in phoenix or san diego do you? i need a study buddy. hehe

I found the decision tree to be very confusing. I would end up getting answers wrong when using the tree while studying. I did not use it at all when I took the NCLEX and passed. The only thing I did find useful was how to prioritize by using the ABCs and Maslow. All in all, I really didn't care for it.

So your best advice it ABCs and maslows? any other tricks of the trade?? i need all the advice and help i can get. thank you

btw: do you think over studying or getting to detailed with studying can just confuse a person and overthink the question???
