There is no purpose of this other than to whine...
Last night I had 7 patients.
All 7 were incontinent.
3 of the 7 had diarrhea. Frequent diarrhea.
1 was combative and almost fell on the floor multiple times.
Only 1 was alert and oriented at all.
It wasn't a bad night.
But holy cow I am more exhausted than I have ever been in my entire life.
Anyone else have nights like these?

Oh my, that sounds horrid! I work in critical care and have only 1-2 patients but there are nights when all 8 patients on our team are pooping or crazy and I'm exhausted by morning.
Get some rest!

I had one night that really sticks out in my head. One word: LACTULOSE. Enough said.
