You worked hard and you deserve to have a good reference, also let her know that you have learned from that mistake the hard way, but you still desearve a second chance. Hi! I live in queens, but i can tell that everything is not the way it was before .the rents are very expensive, 1200 for a one bedroom or even more. Food and gas is very expensive too, so if this is going to be the only income in your family is going to be hard. So try for 30 dollars/hour at least. I hope this helps.

Hi everyone! I am about to start orientation for a med/sur position. I will be working 3-12, night shift. I was told it is self scheduling, but i am not sure how this works? Can someone explain this to me please! Thank You.

Hello. I'm Esmeralda. I live in Queens, New York. I took the boards on october and passes with 75 questions. I start orientation on February 11. Medical- Surgical floor.I will be working nights 12 hour shifts. Very nervous about nurse patient ratio, 9:1 or as high as 12:1. Hope all goes well.

I graduated May of 2007. Took the summer of and went to europe to spend some time with my children because i had a baby during nursing school and i needed some time off. Came back in september and took the NCLEX in october. I passes it with 75-questions. If you plan to work right after school dont waste any time start looking for jobs. It is not as easy for new graduates especially if you want to go into a specialty.
