I just got home from taking my teas and all I can say is WOW! My test had NO questions about the periodic table, acids and bases, atoms, plants, rocks, or earthquakes. It had only three questions on metric conversions. Everyone else I talked to had around 7 metric questions. I would guess that I had one of the harder test. Anyway, I still passed and get to move to the next step. I wish I could remember some of the science questions to help with studying. I think I am still in shock after study the wrong stuff (for a month) to see none of it on my test.

Lucky duck! :) I had the most ridiculous questions on mine, from drawing pictures to subduction zones to figuring out what color a guinea pig would be if it had brown and black parents.
Congratulations on getting it out of the way!

Do you find out your score right away with the teas? That's good, at least it gets rid of the anticipation.
I took the test on the computer, so I got my results right away. I didn't think that the math was all that bad. I got a 80 on that section, just make sure you know you fractions and percents. The science, on the other hand, I honestly think you really cant study for it. At least the test I got. The questions were NOT straight forward like (Only plants have an cell wall made from? cellulose) they were more involved.

I took mine this morning, and had three questions on the periodic table. Also atoms, rocks and earthquakes! Funny how they are all so different. My school doesn't say what scores they are looking for, so now I have to wait three weeks to find out if mine was good enough! I'm never going to make it that long! I did really well on everything except the science. Most of the science questions were NOT the areas I studied.

I read you have 10 years of experience, so you didn't have to take the TEAS back then. Students who were admitted to nursing schools in spring '08 and after have to take it to be admitted. It stands for Test of Essential Academic Skills and tests just that.
