Just Finished TEAS Test

Wow! Congratulations on your amazing score! What would you recommend as good study materials and what was your study "plan"? (How long you gave yourself to prepare, how long you studied each day, etc.)

Get the Official ATI TEAS Study Guide (Version V). I spent about a month studying. One hour a day, and about one section a week. I did both tests in the guide and got around an 80-85% on those tests (graded with a straight score). I think the real test grades with sort of a curve, because I got higher than I thought I was going to get.

Thanks for the advice! I'm going to be taking the TEAS 4.0. Would I you still recommend using the TEAS V study guide or the TEAS 3.0/4.0?

No, get the version 4 book. I've heard there are a lot of differences on what is in each version. I've heard version 4 is actually easier.

i just finished the teas test and scored a 93.5% adjusted individual score!

wow what a great score congrads! i am studying now to take the teas v soon an i am so nervous with hearing the different attitudes people have towards it i did get the ati guide so hopefully that helps and i can get a score like yours!!!

I agree that people need to get the test booklet for whichever exam they're taking. I borrowed a V4 book, but taking the V5 exam, I decided to buy the V5 study guide. 96% made it all worth it!!

I also suggest making notecards, and marking any section of the book that you will want to review in the time (days, week) before the exam.

I got a 92.4% on the TEAS IV, but I was studying the TEAS V study manual that my friend gave to me. I had to study more about Earth Science than was in the book. I only had two days to study because of finals for my classes, so I studied for hours and hours straight. I don't recommend doing that, but I'm glad I got such a good score. If you are taking the TEAS IV, you should supplement your studying with some Physics, Chemistry, Geology, etc.
