I got an acceptance email to the Pell City campus yesterday. I was originally accepted for the Summer program at Shelby. Once we found out the Summer program wouldn’t start until fall, I let the advisor know that I could change to PC if necessary. So it won’t be much longer guys!

What was the cutoff for Pell City, do you know?

They were all the same for the fall. June 30th. Well...the regular program anyways. The dual program was early May.

Oh, I'm sorry. I misread the text. I thought you meant deadline for applications ??‍♀️.

I’m not sure the points cutoff for Pell City, but I had 36points and did not get accepted for Pell City.

@Cdg22 thank you?Very upsetting day yesterday for sure. COVID has everything messed up I believe. I’ve heard 34-35 get in Pell City so I wasn’t prepared. Still hopeful for Shelby or Jefferson. I’ll reapply for Spring (Shelby or Jefferson) if I don’t get good news today.

@ahorsley I understand. I was told they were waiting until after Summer Classes so I took 2 more that I needed (MTH and Bio). Those would have put me at 42. Without them I am at 36 for Shelby Days. I doubt I will get in this term. I was also told by them that they were adding extra staff since there would be both Summer and Fall admits but the class schedules don't the extra staff so I feel lied to.

I just got an email for Pell City but I didn’t even list Pell City as a campus choice.
