IvyTech Fall 2016

Creating this thread because no one has yet!!! But with that being said, here's a little bit about myself. I live in Dallas currently but will be moving to Indiana in a few months to attend IvyTech for their ASN program. I have one son and I'm very proud of him! This is why I'm going to nursing school to ensure I can take care of him. I haven't taken my TEAS test but I will soon. Who else has taken their TEAS test? What campuses are you applying to? What points do you or will you have once your finished with everything? I'll be happy to see everyone's responses and I look forward to being on this nursing journey with you all.

Good luck. I'm a 2nd year ASN student, but I wanted to wish you all the best.

@Audrey1313 Applications for Spring 2016 just ended last month in Indiana. But I am applying for Fall 2016 up there and it doesn't end until April 1, I believe. So I will be taking my TEAS test in November when I go up there to visit. I will try to get in at IvyTech Indy and Lawrence campuses. Anderson will be my backup if I can't get in there.

Shauntil07 Ivy Tech Indy is Lawrence. Usually students who apply to Lawrence also apply to Anderson and Kokomo. Good luck!

@dreamer30 I thought there were 2 Indy locations for the nursing program? Okay well thank you for the correction. I wanted to get in at Lawrence too. Hopefully I don't have to go all the way to Anderson.

Yeah it can be a little confusing. There is a Indianapolis Ivy Tech but the nursing school is on the eastside of Indy in Lawrence. Ull figure it out once u get here. Anderson is abt 45 mins to an hour away If you stay on the east side of town. Good luck!

Well hopefully I can get in at Indy. I take that TEAS test next month and oh boy...I'm hoping I don't have to repeat it at all!!!

I'm applying for Fall 16 admission this semester to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Terre Haute, and Evansville. If the point system rounds, I'll be applying with 151/160pts. My adviser said I'd probably have my choice. Not sure where to go.

I sent in my applications today! Unfortunately, it will be 5 months before I hear back. Good luck everyone!

I will be applying for Indy, Columbus, and possibly Bloomington. My score is 152/160. Good luck everyone!!

My score is 152/160.
