Ivy Tech 2016

Hello everyone,

I have been a LPN for 3 years. I'm trying to get into Ivy Tech's Traditional or LPN bridge program in Gary/Valparaiso. I was wondering what was the lowest amount of points out of the total 160 that anyone has gotten in the program? I have 99.9 points so far, but I'm taking over my A&P and psych to receive a better grade. And I'm considering taking over my TEAS test, which I got a 68.7% on.

I'm not sure how many responses you will get because I believe that Ivy Tech changed the way they award points within the last year or two. When I applied I had an A in every class that counted plus a high teas score (I can't remember how many points I had or what the exact score was). I do know that some of my classmates had at least one B and were accepted. I was told when I applied that the acceptance score varied from campus to campus and year to year depending on the other applicants.

You might check campus connect. There used to be some sort of link to online forums. I know it was a hot topic when I applied.

Good of luck in your schooling. If I were you I would go ahead and apply. The worst that could happen is that you don't get in for that semester. In which case you can repeat some classes.
