I can't believe I am saying this but I am finally finished with nursing school !! After 5 long years, clinicals, papers, and life in general. I am proud to say that I have earned my BSN:laugh:.
I am 22 years old and I feel like I have my whole life ahead of me! I am proud of the fact that I went so early and have had to sacrifice so much for this degree. This degree belongs to God, not me! I literally CRIED. LIKE BALLING TEARS walking out of the exam room for my last exam in Critical Care. I was so happy it was over. It has been so hard and I have almost failed so many times. This is one of the biggest accomplishments in my life.
I had to make a new account, but allnurses really helped me through nursing school so thank you ! I guess the next step is just working more (finally!) and NCLEX! I pretty much have a job lined up on an observation unit with pretty stable patients, so I think this is a good place for me to start as a new grad. I also plan on going back for MSN in Fall2016 for NP. That's another story.
In closing, to all current pre nursing and nursing students I want to say that the light at the end of the tunnel is possible and DO NOT GIVE UP. You will be so proud of yourself. Trust me.
God Bless

Congratulations. Must feel good to be able to check the "BSN" box on your profile on this site. Next comes the "RN" box. :)

Congratulations!! But give yourself the credit for all of your hard work, not God. You did it!! I'm sure your faith helped you get through the hard times. God knows I have had many this semester. But I give myself the credit for passing and so should you!!
You worked hard, and enjoy this time!! Be proud of yourself. Nursing school is a huge thing and on top of it you have your BSN. That is awesome.
Again Congrats!!
