Issues and Trends

So, I have a paper to write and I am having a difficult time coming up with a topic to write about. I'll provide the prompt and perhaps I could get some ideas -- I'd be very grateful. It's a pretty general research topic but I find that I am better at topic ideas for other people as oppose to myself.

Here's the prompt:

Select an issue that impacts nursing and health care. Describe how the issue has impacted nursing practice. Describe how it has influenced or impacted the delivery of health care globally.
