I went to an evaluation at Tampa. The evaluator diagnosed me with major depressive disorder. I told him I'm happy and I loved myself. He even added in the report that I looked happy and well dressed. All my tests are negative except my peth test even if I didn't drink for 3.5 weeks. That's very weird. I went to do my own peth test and was negative. He even added things I didn't say in the evaluation to make things worse . When I got to his facility, he was promoting his rehab and told me how many people he has already reported or going to report . The reason why I went to IPN is because the ER I went to reported me. I fell on my way to class for my job and they found alcohol in my blood. I drank that morning because I was miscarried and was in pain. I haven't drunk since then. My peth test is negative when I did it at labcorp myself. They want to report me to BON if I don't go to rehab. I have no financial supports. I can't afford rehab. He even diagnosed me with major depressive disorder even though im not depressed or look sad . I didn't tell him anything that could help him diagnose me with major depressive disorder. My report and evaluation are completely wrong. I'm very overwhelmed. I need your advice. Please !

Can anybody guide me with where to look for IPN evaluators that are not located at "the tampa facility/Gainesville facility." Since we cant use names, just a helpful hint where to look. Any kind of help would be extremely welcomed. To everyone out there thank you!
