You are not likely to find anyone who will disclose his/her name and other personal information on the internet.

Are you certain that your assignment wasn't supposed to be an interview with a real, live person who can verify that they are, indeed, what they say they are?

I'm sorry but there's no way I'm going to give that much personal information to a stranger especially a stranger who asks anonymously. I mean really you think people are going to tell you their home addresses? Is there a military installation somewhere in your area where you can make a phone call to and ask them if someone there will help you with the assignment?

What does that even mean? You request the information, but you don't plan to use it? Your "solely" [sic] promise is rather lame.

Find a military nurse. Interview him/her. Assignment complete.

You should ask for SSN and CC/debit#/ checking account numbers I am sure you need that ?
