Hi, I have been an LPN for a little over 2 years and recently became an RN. I have never really had a formal interview as I've worked home health and was hired on a few years ago as an Aide by a friend and was eventually moved up to a nursing position.
I have my first *real* interview next week for a position with a hospital. I am very nervous about the interview. I know they will probably ask situational questions and personality type questions. I had a communications class in school which touched on this briefly. I know there really isn't a way to totally prepare for an interview, but I wondered if you all can share some of the questions--whether they were straight forward or what-would-you-do types--that you have been asked during an interview?
There may have been another place this was asked and if so, a link to the thread would be great!
