I interviewed last week for a new grad nurse position on my dream unit. After the interview, I promptly sent thank you emails to the nurses that I interviewed with. I was not given a timeline for when I should expect to hear back regarding a potential offer and I forgot to ask this during the interview. Today, I received an email response to my initial thank you email. The response was, "It was nice to meet you. You will be hearing from nurse recruitment once decisions have been made." Although this is a vague response, would you typically see this response as a positive or negative reply? Thanks!
