Interview at Duke

I got an email today saying my application has been forwarded to the hiring manager! How long does it take to find out if you are picked for an interview?? Also does anyone know when they have the next interview/shadow?? Does duke pay for interview costs?

I'm interviewing next week at Duke and am looking for some advice. Did anyone bring letters of recommendation? A lot of new grad programs require them but it doesn't seem like a requirement at Duke. Should I bring one anyway? Also I am flying in the day before and I'm wondering what hotel to stay in?

Good luck! Just make sure to be sincere and ask questions about the specific unit your interviewing it'll show greater interest :). In terms of letters of recommendation the online evaluation survey that my references filled out was enough they never told me to bring actual letter.

Has anyone heard back yet from Duke for the Feb 2013 nurse residency?

I'm late into this Dec deadline! I graduated in May and interviewed at Duke-Raleigh. I obviously didn't get the job. I just applied for the ortho SNIP. I have been working in a rehab unit for the last six months. I hope that gets me an interview at least.

Stay in Raleigh or Cary. It's not far.

I'm scheduled for an interveiw on the 15th for New Residency 2013. It's for Adult Medicine Unit. Did anyone else get the same unit?
