Room temp. I'm a type 1 diabetic and giving myself cold insulin is a disaster. Room temp insulin goes thru better.

Once opened room temp. Before open refrigerator. This info is on the packaging:)

Makes sense...thats why its required to rub insulin between your hands before you adminster...thanks again

o ok...that's makes sense thanks

Rolling the insulin vial in you hands mixes up the particles, like in cloudy insulins. This website has handy insulin info- https://nfb.org/images/nfb/publications/vod/vodsum0401.htm

I agree with everyone else definitely room temp after opened. Cold insulin burns much worse when it goes in than room temp does. I am a type 1 and always keep my insulin at room temp after opened!
