hi!.. I am a Registered nurse here in the Philippines, graduated last march 2008, got my license sept 2008 and had a 6-month VOLUNTEER training in one of the govt hospitals here in our city. and would like to ask a help from all of you guys about this matter.. i would like to apply for an immigrant visa for Canada. what are the necessary requirements, fees and other stuffs that i need to prepare? please help me on what to do.. or if possible pls. give me a step-by-step process about applying for an immigrant visa.. thanks so much.. :nurse:

You should have posted in the International Forum.You need to contact the college of nursing in the province in which you want to work (you will find a sticky at the top of the Canadian Forum with the links).They will tell you how to proceed.Generally they require that you have a BSN for licensure in Canada.

For immigration issues you need to contact www.cic.gc.ca.

I am sure one of our moderators will move this to the right place.
