This week at work (Golden Living) Skilled Unit, 2 NPs on two seperate occasions asked if I was a LPN or RN, and that i should go for RN. they said for me to be new i am an excellent nurse, they even said I should think about becoming a NP.
That secretly is my dream. I am currently taking pre-reqs for the LPN-RN bridge program, but that just gave me extra incentive to just GO FOR IT!!! Im so excited and proud of myself. They see my potential....
Not really asking anything, just wanted to share.

Great work! Do your best! Work Hard!
Time to start thinking about all those schools! LPN to RN; LPN to BSN; then RN to BSN or RN to MSN! For profit school vs non-profit; online vs brick and mortar; tuition reimbursement from work; student loans! You will have a long adventurous road ahead!!
yes mam, so many options to choose from, have no idea what the best route is

It seems as if you are doing an impressive job to be a new nurse if the NPs told you they felt that way. Congratulations to you, and keep up the good work!
Thanks Commuter (I secretly admire you lol). Any advice and input you give will be greatly appreciated
