I'm waiting

Hey everyone! I've been a pre-nursing student for over a year now and am waiting for hopefully an acceptance letter for this fall! It seems like school went by fast but these few weeks waiting are dragging!

    Good luck to everyone! I'm waiting to hear from two schools in Springfield, MO. I did get a rejection letter from Cox because they miscalculated my credits. One desperate phone call to them and they apologized for their mistake and were able to put me back in the selection pool. Whew. I know I am not taking this many classes this semester for nothing :eek:! Online philosophy, yuck! I keep getting letters regarding financial aid or letters with copies of transcripts, etc. from both schools and I think it's THE ONE. It's driving me crazy ;)- Is this happening to anyone else??

    Good luck to you!!! I am applying to cox and they said we should hear something by the end of next week by certified mail. I made sure they had everything verified when I turned in my application. I want to know if I got in so bad! It is the only school I applied to. So the count down is here! I will post on here as soon as I find out:)

    Congratulations that's great! Was this for Cox in Springfield, MO? Did you get a letter in the mail? Also, was this for the ASN or BSN program? Sorry for the bombardment of questions :bugeyes: I am just so anxious to find out!

    Thank you!!!!!! Yes this is Cox college in Springfield, mo. I found out by mail yesterday! It is for the Asn program. I wanted to get into a MSN program that requires a year rn experience so that is why I choose asn instead of bsn.

    I am waiting to hear about the BSN program at cox. They told me that ASN letters went out first so...still waiting :) Good luck to you. I hope we will both be there at the same time! What MSN program are you looking into? I want to eventually get a CNA but will be working for a while before that happens. You only applied to cox? That was brave, I'm so glad you got in :up:. I also applied to St. Johns but it's not my first pick.

    I want to go to a acrn adult critical care NP program and they require a year experience and they don't require bsn. But while I am working I will complete my bsn. Good luck! My fingers are crossed for you!!!!! Yeah I was lucky I only wanted to go to Cox! I am sure I will see you at sometime! I can't wait to hear you received your acceptance letter also!!!!!
