ICHS -RN program Florida

Published

Hi

anyone going start lvn to RN program in Florida in august from CA

Hi! I’m looking to get into the October cohort. How’s your experience so far? Where are you from?

I’am starting in oct from California. So many thoughts came what happen if I don’t pass NCLEX and In Florida I have only 3 chance . Let me know your concern , otherwise I think it’s great program .

Have you started? How do you like the program? Are you an LVN? How are the placement for clinical?

Where in California are you from?

I’am not sure if I will go to Florida cause of NCLEX passing in 3 try’s .so I’am looking for another option maybe in Texas Galen college or state of Nevada. My friend goes to ICHS in Florida. She has great experience but just little scared

Worst experience of my life is with ichs. Of you are worried About 3 tries of NCLEX board in florida then wait till u hear about their 2 tries of exit exam that you have to pass if u wanna sit for boards and yes for third and last try, you have to repeat the last semester and take it the last time. Guys, find nursing school that doesnt make the exit exam requirement to sit for boards unlike ichs. Good luck!

I’ve decided to go to a school in L.A that is hybrid  and has Clinicals once a week.

You have made the best decision of your life by not going to ichs but I hope this school u go to don't have exit exam and even if they do I hope they don't make it mandatory to pass!

It’s ATI based. First time doing the ADN program but they’ve had the best score for the LVN program.

Oh you ll be fine ATI is straightforward and start reading earlier and order the ATI books and do practise questions online. Do you mind if I ask which school it is I might transfer over if it doesnt work out with ichs?

Was it hard to get into the school for ADN?
