Congratulations on getting in. You're in for the ride of your life!

rgrgray, I applied to the transition program as well and haven't heard anything yet. I applied to Kingwood as my 1st choice. Can I ask how many points you had? I'm trying to figure where I stand.

I am currently in a LVN-RN transiton program in Baytown and it is the worst! What kind of test do you have to take for tomball north harris. What points are yall talking about? Any advice is appreciated. I am very discouraged right now.

They just changed to the NET test for applicants next year. You can get info on all the point stuff at the colleges website. Just search under nursing. They lay it all out. It's alot of info. I don't know much about the transition program. Good luck

Mody my points were 10.58. I will be attending Montgomery. I finished my LVN last year, and really loved the instructors there. It was my first choice. There are a couple of people I know that have recieved their letters, but they were all excepted into Montgomery. Dont stress I bet Kingwood just hasnt sent theres out yet.. Good luck

rgrgray,

Thanks! I have 11.2 pts. so I feel hopeful about getting into Kingwood, but I'm ready to have the letter in my hand so I can stop stressing!

So I was doing fine and being patient waiting for my letter, BUT NOW hearing all of y'all I got to know!!! Come on Montgomery! I know that my score is just on the borderline of getting in according to the stats from the last 2 years.

There is a rumor that Montgomery is accepting 10 more slots. Anyone know if this is true?

I'm not sure about Montgomery college, but I also heard from my pharm professor that North Harris may also have an extra 10 slots. But she said she wasn't completely sure.

Has anyone gotten a letter from north harris??? Looks like they sent some out already after reading their website. But we could be waiting until April 11 for our letters!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!
