Hurst content videos???

I have to retake the Nclex-rn and am now panicking.

I have a question for those that took hurst and watched the videos and passed the Nclex. Do you feel like the content covered in the videos prepared you for the content asked in the Nclex? If not, can you tell me what you did study that had a great content review that made you prepared enough to pass.

I need help with content and think the videos will be a better method for me but I'm worried the hurst content won't make me prepared enough when I take the Nclex again. I also heard that hurst videos are great so any opinions?

Im looking for the best content review possible that will teach you or go over material that I will need to know to pass the Nclex.

    I used Hurst as my primary review for the NCLEX, I found that my school did an excellent job preparing us for content so I found Hurst content to be easy and most of it I did know. What I did find helpful was how they condensed a large amount of information into easily remembered tid bits.

    For those struggling with content I recommend Hurst, I also recommend doing some testing strategy such as the Kaplan NCLEX-RN Premier 2015-2016 book.

    When I studied for the NCLEX I completed the Hurst Review including the 6 Q-Review Exams, I did about 1000+ Saunder's NCLEX questions and I read the majority of the Kaplan Premier book and completed their 2 practice exams. I was scoring anywhere between 74-80% between all three sources and ended up passing at 75.

    Have you tried Saunders NCLEX prep books? I used an older version (yellow cover) and felt it was pretty in depth with explanations. I used Kaplan for the questions and whatever I got wrong or didn't understand, I would look it up in the Saunders book. If that didn't help, then I went to my nursing school books.

    Hurst is great for content but it does not cover everything you might encounter in the NCLEX. I did the Hurst online review, but I did not pass. I'm not saying it wasn't good. It really helped me understand some of the concepts. But I got some questions I never review for with the Hurst. If you are going to use Hurst I suggest you also use another book to help study.

    I loved Hurst review! It is a great refresher and they all give a lot if test taking strategies. It is well worth the money but at the end of the day, you are still going to have to study the material.
