Howdy this is Bucky. I work as a CHHA/CNA with a hospice here in Tulsa, Oklahoma I am part of the "continuous care team" which is when the patient is in the final stages of of death. I sit with them to make them comfortable and support the family and friends. I am enrolled in LPN school and start in January. I am 24 and happily married for 6years and have two wonderful kids ages 6 boy and a 2yr old girl. I enjoy playing poker and wheeling in my jeep. And yes I make more money playing poker than I do working.

I don't know if I could do your job.......sounds rough! Takes a special person.
I am a prospective RN student and drive a fuel efficient Toyota Matrix....hmmmm, maybe I should try some Poker

Hey Bucky,
Good luck in your LPN program. You already have a head start d/t you are already comfortable around patients. You will feel more at ease on your first clinical rotation compared to most of your other LPN classmates.
