How old are you?

A post in the general section said that the mean age of the nurse is 48. I thought this would be an easier format to look at. Hmmm. Interesting.

I voted too!

I voted - 27, but I'm still just a student! :)

I graduate in May - a 23 year old RN!!!

I would vote, but i'm only 18, nowhere to click for that.

But I'm just a student. Are you trying to find the age of licensed nurses or just everyone on the board??

When I looked at these results, which is a very unscientific but interesting survey, it makes me wonder if the older nurses aren't responding because not that many are computer savvy. At my last job, it was a b-i-i-i-g problem with older nurses getting them educated to use the laptops and learn the programs. Led some to either early retirement or leaving for non-computer positions.
