How long aftertranscripts are received by the board can you test?

Just curious, how long it takes from the time the State board gets my official transcripts, will I finally get permission to take the boards?

Depends on your state. Some are faster than others! Where are you located? I'm in Virginia, and they were speedy. Have you already registered with Pearson for the NCLEX? You'll get your ATT in an email.

You can make your appointment when you get your ATT letter. That time frame varies from state to state.

I mailed my transcript request and a check for UPS handling to EC on July 9th, and I had my ATT by July 17th and took boards on August 6th.

Well sit tight! I live in NC and it took about 4 weeks to get my ATT. They only have one person doing it and he was super slow. Make sure all your stuff is complete. I had my stuff in January and I didn't test till MArch 4. NC has tons of schools with graduating nursing students. Just keep studying and checking your status. It will happen. Congrats!
