What is the Question Trainer? Is this something you buy from Kaplan? I have the Kaplan book and I have never heard of the Question Trainer, it might be something I maybe considering for studying questions. Good luck with your exam!!!!

Hi! You look like you are doing good! Your QBank average is great - 60% is the goal! QT 4 and 5 you want to aim for 65% and QT 6 and 7 you want to aim for 60%. You are doing well. Have you been going over all the rationales for ALL the questions, ones you got right and wrong??? I would do that if you aren't already. When are you scheduled to test? I have pretty similar scores - a little higher on my question trainers and a little lower on my Qbank.

I'm like you alovesjos! A little lower on Q bank (66%) and a little higher on the test trainers (Around 64s.) But here's my question. I did the sample tests last and did HORRIBLY!!!! I got a 54 on sample test 1 and a 52 on sampled test 2! I NEVER... EVER... scored that low on ANYTHING Kaplan!!!! I'm wondering why I did so poorly on the LAST tests I did! On Sample test 3 I got a 97 (only 1 question wrong)- but that was because it was all priority and those are really straight forward. I felt like my scores were really strong until today when I did those sample tests. My NCLEX is this Friday!!! Ugh!
Don't put too much stock into those sample tests. The first two contained some content that I hadn't really seen before on Kaplan and the last one, IMO is the most valuable because it was all priority ~ which is what most people say the majority of NCLEX is! I got a 64 on Sample Test one, a 58 on Sample Test 2 and an 80 on Sample Test 3. Most of my other scores were between a 62 and a 68. I would just review them, know why you got them wrong - and move on. You will be ready for Friday! I am going on Tuesday! I know it is nerve wracking, but don't psych yourself out over those. Most people I see who talk about them do similar. Hope that helps! Goodluck! PS. How did you do on QT6 and QT7.... those would be the ones that I would judge myself on more!

Here are my scores:
Diag: 60%
QT1: 49%
QT2: 55%
QT3: 54%
QT4: 50%
Readiness: 58%
Plan to take QT 5-7 within the next week.
For the Qbanks I have only done 35% of them but have an average of 46%. Needless to say- Im starting to freak a little because I dont feel like Im improving much.
Opinions?

They are tests provided by Kaplan if you have purchased the Kaplan package (either the qbank package, on demand, or live class). There are 7 of them and the first 3 are content based, and last 4 are more application based, with the last two being really tough and longest (200 and 265 questions).
Hey. Something that might help you is nclex 3500 its a website that has many questions about different areas in nursing. After I did that my scores improved tremendously. So just go on like google and type in NCLEX 3500 and it should pop up. By the way it's free
