How to apply to work in the state?

Im a registered nurse in my country ( Thailand). Did not have license in the state.

How to apply to do NClEX and i want to know if someone can give me an advise.

Im recently working in the cruise ship .( in the state).

Where is the place that i have to go or contact to apply to do NCLEX exam?

Will be very appriciate any advise.

    Most if not all cruise ships in USA are registered in another country like Bahamas or Liberia, that way they can pay slave wages to the employees.
