Discussion

Hi everyone!

How do you help another nurse who seems to be struggling? I work with a nurse who is very good to her patients, but not so great at time management. I want to help her, but don't really know how. Any suggestions?

I think it depends.....has she asked for help or at least acknowledged that she has time management issues?

I guess if she hasn't, I wouldn't feel comfortable offering global advice, only with offering the occasional hand as in...."you look stressed, can I do anything for you?"

I can't think how to approach an overall issue without her mentioning it first.
