hesi exit 3/24/14

Published

i passed the hesi pn exit with a 902, i hope this helps

what i did.

1. i used this website for the format of the hesi style questions.

2. i reread the medsurg section of my hesi book and only focused on the hesi book.

3. i did the cd hesi cd that came with the book and also NCLEX-PN 3000 its free online just Google it.

4. I prayed, having faith will guide you.

5. dont over study its easier said then done, trust me i know but you have to tell yourself i know what i know thats all that matters.

go over areas that you feel week in like mine are (fundamental & med surg) you really have to go back to the basic with this test.

also if your school gives you access to the evole do the practice test and the case study there are helpful.

look over your old hesi exit if you are a repeat test taker like i am.

If anyone needs help I will try my best to help. Hesi do repeat there questions in some cases but have faith..

You got this.

I passed the hesi the first time with a 934 and I can assure anyone studying that number 4 will not help you. Anybody who passes did it on their own.

Cheers OP for passing.
